This Old Vegas Family

Another Vegas summer begins! It’s already hit triple-digits, it’s already still feeling hot at night, and the kids are almost out of school.

Summer in Vegas is interesting. It’s hotter than, well, about anything, but there’s something fun about it. Not the strip, not the casinos, just something about being in this heat is a good time.

As for us, we just returned from Memorial Day in Mesquite with both sides of the family which was fun. We were able to go out a little bit with help from babysitting grandparents, and the kids had a great time swimming and playing with the family.

What’s next? A few mini-vacations, some family in town, Lorey’s gonna spend a day or two away without the kids (first time), and some other stuff. I think we’ll be back and forth from Utah plenty, so I’m sure we’ll see everyone there again soon!
