A very happy Thanksgiving to all out there!
Ryan’s first Thanksgiving will have to be considered a huge success. He pigged out on a huge plate of turkey, mashed potatoes, mashed yams, stuffing, and even a little pistachio salad. Yum yum! Of course, he needed a nap afterwards, but who doesn’t after a meal like that?
I worked this morning (8-3), but was able to make it to Thanksgiving dinner which was great. Lorey did an awesome job with the turkey, stuffing, pies, and a whole bunch else. She’s much appreciated and hopefully everyone knows how good she is to them.
We also taught (for lack of a better term) Ryan to climb stairs tonight! He did one heckuva job getting up Uncle Cary’s stairs all the way to the top. It took him a few tries to get the hang of it, and going down is another issue, but he’s on his way to rocking and rolling all around any size house.
Well, time to rest. Tryptophan must be kicking in. Pictures eventually… unfortunately I didn’t have the camera along with me tonight, so we’ll have some made up Thanksgiving pictures later on.
