First off, if you haven’t met our puppy Sammie, you’re missing out. If you thought we were interesting [yawn], you’d get a huge kick out of her. She is a full-bred Yorkshire Terrier who is turning 1 year old on February 15th. We first met her when she was about the size of a small gerbil, and now she’s up to a whopping 5 pounds.
Not only is this dog totally loved, she is totally spoiled. We are both wondering who will get more attention after Ryan is here… and we both came to the conclusion that it’s probably going to be Sammie!
Speaking of once the baby comes… Sammie was excellent when Shane, Katie, and Braydon Rogers came to visit. She would sneak into his room and make sure he was okay, she would run and play with toys to make him laugh, and then give him kisses (her favorite thing to do) when he was being held. We can’t wait to see her with her own baby brother.
